Challenge

After the expansion and renovation of the Building, the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya needed to incorporate a new Quality Audioguide Service, as well as a Group Guidance Service.

Museummate solution

An Audioguide Service was implemented that provided it with the company's own staff, trained in customer service and with knowledge of several languages.

A new production of the contents was carried out, updating the literary style and with an innovative storytelling approach.

Result

The Audioguide Service reached its objectives and the Group Guidance Service was used by all the touristic and educational groups that accessed the Museum, achieving silence in the rooms and their coexistence with the rest of the individual visitors.
