Challenge

In the 2001 year, the Museo Nacional del Prado did not have an Audioguide service and wanted to offer visitors a system through which they could obtain information on all the most important Works.

It also has three access doors that implied an important service logistics.

Museummate solution

It was invested in the arrangement of up to three counters of the Audioguide Service, distributed in each one of the access doors to the Museum.

To facilitate the visit to such a wide and rich Collection, organized in the Chambers by the different Pictorial Schools, an exhaustive selection of Works was carried out in close collaboration with the Conservatives.

To facilitate the visit to the Museo Nacional del Prado, the Service gave each visitor, together with their Audioguide, a plan with the distribution of the 120 most outstanding works of the Collection.

After years of service, more 220 Works was offered in 10 different languages, in addition to the children's version.

Result

During 11 years, the Prado Museum relies repeatedly on the quality and dedication of our company.
