Challenge

The largest Museum of Modern Art in Spain had an Audioguide Service but it needed to evolve its Audioguides and offer more content and of higher quality.

I also needed to incorporate a new Group Guidance Service to attend to the hundreds of visitors that daily come to the Museum in different professional and educational groups.

Museummate solution

MuseumMate brought to the Service new updated contents, elaborated by first level specialists and with an exceptional production quality.

We have two counters for the Service, located each one of them in each one of the Doors of access to the Museum.

From the Sabatini desk in addition to the Audioguide Service, the Group Guidance Service was offered to visitors.

The MuseumMate staff assigned to the counters offers information about the visit in different languages ​​and advise visitors on how to make the best visit to this impressive Museum.

Result

A booking page of groups and contents of the different Exhibitions in several languages ​​complete a service of which the Museum is very satisfied.
